By accessing MissionSmith or this website, you agree to these Terms of Service with Kaelor Labs. If you do not agree, do not use the service.
The service
MissionSmith provides AI-assisted mission planning, validation, and related simulation/monitoring tools. Features may change as we improve the product. Early-access capabilities may be incomplete or experimental.
Accounts
You are responsible for safeguarding your account credentials and for activity under your account. You must provide accurate registration information and notify us of unauthorized use.
Acceptable use
You may not misuse the service, attempt to disrupt it, reverse engineer it except where permitted by law, or use it for unlawful or unsafe flight operations. You remain solely responsible for compliance with aviation regulations and safe operation of any aircraft.
No flight warranty
MissionSmith assists with planning and validation but does not guarantee flight safety, regulatory compliance, or fitness for a particular mission. Always apply independent operational judgment.
Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Kaelor Labs is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the service. Our aggregate liability is limited to amounts you paid us for the service in the twelve months preceding the claim, if any.
